PURPOSE: To shield the inserting inlet of a connector for information writing of a receiver for individual calling from the outside of the equipment body by a lock knob for preventing the coming off of a battery cover. CONSTITUTION: A case 1 serving as an equipment and an electric board 5 having a cover, a battery cover 3, a lock knob 4 for preventing the coming off of the battery cover, and an information writing terminal 6 are arranged. When a lock for preventing the coming off of the battery cover is in a position A which is a usual use state and in an unlock position B, the lock knob 4 prevents the exposure of the information writing terminal 6 to the outside of the housing. When the lock knob 4 is moved to a position C in a movable range, different from the usual use state, the information writing terminal 6 is exposed to the outside to become an information writing state. Careless exposure of the information writing terminal 6 is prevented, and the damage of a device caused by misuse of a user and apply of static electricity is prevented. Additional components such as seal for preventing the exposure are made unnecessary and the number of components is reduced.
