PURPOSE: To suppress the rupture of sandbanklike bead near a communicating passage of sandbanklike beads formed at a part transferred from a tank to a U-shaped passage in a laminated heat exchanger in which heat exchange medium flows through the communicating passage connected to the surface perpendicular to the laminating direction of the predetermined tank. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing part 41 swelled in a curved surface state is formed at the part of a tank 7a opposed to the opening of a communicating passage (communicating pipe 28). Heat exchange medium fed from the passage is brought into contact with the part 41 to be direction-converted. Since the part 41 is previously formed in the curved state to be scarcely deformed, the rupture of a sandbanklike bead 36c due to the deformation of the tank can be suppressed.
