PURPOSE: To prevent scattering of exhaust gas, oil mist in the case of cooking from being scattered in a kitchen by dividing an air supply unit to an inner air supply unit for supplying the outdoor air into the kitchen and an outer air supply unit for supplying air conditioned air into the kitchen. CONSTITUTION: An air supply unit 3 is disposed at the outside of an exhaust hood 2. The unit 3 is divided into an inner air supply unit 4 disposed at the side near the hood 2 side to supply the outdoor air into a kitchen 9, and an outer air supply unit 5 disposed at the side separated from the hood 2 side to supply air conditioned air into the kitchen 9. Thus, when the exhaust air generated in the case of cooking by a cooking heat source 1 is exhausted from the hood 2, the outdoor air is supplied from the unit 4 into the kitchen 9 thereby to reduce the quantity of the air conditioned air in the room as a role of one type of air curtain together with the exhaust air can be reduced. Further, the scattering of the exhaust gas, the oil mist generated in the case of cooking by the heat source 1 in the kitchen 9 can be prevented. |
