PURPOSE: To prevent a malfunction due to electromagnetic noise with simple constitution. CONSTITUTION: P channel driver ICs 4 operate by using a high voltage composite signal for a P channel as a reference potential and N channel driver ICs 5 operate by using a high voltage composite signal for an N channel as a reference potential. P channel driver ICs 4 include P channel FET open drain outputs and N channel driver ICs 5 include N channel FET open drain outputs. Drain outputs of P channel FET open drain outputs and drain outputs of N channel FET drain outputs are connected to be made to be push-pull constitution. Transmission lines for P channels, power source wirings for P channels, ground wirings of a signal group for the P channel and transmission lines for N channels, power source wirings for N channels, ground wirings of a signal group for the N channel are wired so as not to be intersected in three dimensions with each other except connection parts with P channel driver ICs 4 and connection parts with N channel driver ICs 5.
