<p>PURPOSE: To improve the work efficiency of a rotary connector, and make a rotary connector suitable for downsizing by leading a coupling, a lead wire, and a connector out of a first housing through an inner cylinder in condition that both housings are coupled rotatably. CONSTITUTION: At the time of assembly of both connectors, lead wires 12 and 15 and connectors 11 and 16 are connected through couplings 11 and 16 to both ends of a flat cable 10. Then, the wire 15 and the connector 14 are led out of the housing 5, in condition that the outer end of the cable 10 is fixed to the part 8, by arranging a cable 10, in the condition that it is wound inside the outer case 8 of a second housing 5, and also setting the coupling 16 in the recess. Next, the housing 1 is laid upon the housing 5, and the halved turn part of the inner end of the cable 10 is led out of inner case 3 through a slit 3c, and also the body 11, the wire 12, and the connector 13 are led out of the housing 1. Hereby, the assembly work can be simplified and the body 1 itself can be downsized.</p> |
