发明名称 COLOR FILTER CONSISTING OF INORGANIC MATERIAL AND ITS PRODUCTION
摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To obtain an inorg. color filter in which a color layer is uniformly colored and high smoothness of the layer is maintained by using a material prepared by mixing an org. metal compd. and a transparent low melting point glass. CONSTITUTION: This color filter comprising an inorg. material is obtd. by depositing pixels produced by calcining a material of a mixture of an org. metal compd. and a transparent low melting point glass on a glass substrate. In the process of calcining, the org. compd. uniformly precipitates to cover the low melting point glass. The org. compd. thus precipitating is thermally decomposed into metal oxide, namely an inorg. pigment. By this method, the solid content as the material to form a filter which deposits on the glass substrate is only the low melting point glass powder. This means that it is unnecessary to consider the uniformity of dispersion of the pigment and the low melting glass powder during depositing on the glass substrate. In the calcining process, the org. metal compd. is thermally decomposed to uniformly precipitate as an inorg. pigment having an extremely small particles size. Thereby, a color filter having color layers uniformly colored and high smoothness maintained is obtd.</p>
