PURPOSE: To provide a connector for parallel boards capable of narrowing the distance between parallel boards facing each other and being made small in size to be compact. CONSTITUTION: A connector 5 comprises a cover insulator 51 in which a plurality of openings 51d are formed, a base insulator 52 in which a plurality of grooves 52a are formed at both side edges, and a plurality of contacts 53 which accommodated between the cover insulator 51 and the base insulator 52. The contact 53 is formed in a mountain shape by bending a conductive wire having spring action, a first contact part 53a extruding from the opening 51d of the cover insulator 51 is formed at the peak of the contact 53, and second contact parts 53c extruding from the groove 52a of the base insulator 52 are formed at right and left ends of the contact 53. |
