PURPOSE: To provide a plug for gas cock which is conformable with a hose end of any form without adhering to the form of the hose end on a gas cock side. CONSTITUTION: A nut 2 has a male screw 4 on the outer circumference of a cylindrical body, and a packing 7 capable of press contact with the outer circumference of the hose end of a gas plug press fitted to the inner circumference. A hose end inserting chamber 11 having a chamber length dimension from a stepped part 10 to a bottom wall 12 of the same dimension as the distance from a safety valve top end in the valve opened state to the first-stage valley part of the hose end is formed, a body 8 having a gas passage opened to the top end surface from the bottom wall 12 allowed to communicate and an annular recessed groove 15 provided on the outer circumference and a bottomed non-annular stop ring 6 are installed between the front end surface of the nut 2 and the stepped part 10 of the body 8 so that the diameter can be extended in the diameter direction, and the nut 2 and the body 8 are firmly screwed together. |
