Aerosol compsns. for food use comprise a propellant and /-one food ingredient, where the propellant is CF3CH2F (I). Also claimed is an aerosol device contg. a compsn. as above, comprising a sealed tin-plate or Al container equipped with a dispensing valve and opt. having its internal wall coated with protective varnish. The compsns. comprise 5-95 wt.% food-grade oil and 5-95 wt.% (I).
