PURPOSE: To provide a personal information management card issue device which can issue a new personal information management card and can deliver it to a due person on the same day and in any place including fixed facilities, a moving place, etc. CONSTITUTION: A newly issued file is written into an unwritten blood donation card so that a newly issued blood donation card is approved and delivered to the donor. At the same time, a host computer 2 installed at the fixed facilities such as a blood center, etc., stores the blood donation information on the donor shown in the newly issued file. If a newly issued file is confirmed on the blood donation card that is presented to the fixed facilities by a donor on a later day, the blood donation information on the donor is read out of the computer 2 based on the information on the newly issued file, and written into the presented blood donation card. Then, the newly issued file is erased out of the blood donation card and this card is returned to the donor. |
