PURPOSE: To provide a picture input device fitting mechanism by which an installed picture input device is prevented from being damaged by colliding with a table and a floor even if it falls down or drops. CONSTITUTION: A picture display device 3 is provided on the table 2 placed on the floor in a room. A power cord 5 and a signal card 6 come out from a picture input device 4 placed on the upper surface of the picture display device 3, and they are connected to respective units. A connection member 9 shorter than a distance between the surface of the table 2 on which the picture display device 3 is placed and the upper surface of the picture display device 3 and fixing members 10 fixed to the both ends of the connection member 9 are respectively fixed to a part of the picture display device 3 and the picture input device 4. Since the connection member 9 is shorter than a distance between the surface of the table 2 on which the picture display device 3 is placed and the upper surface of the picture display device 3 in a state (drawing of one point chain line) where the picture input device 4 is dropped from the picture output device 3 owing to carelessness, the picture input device is prevented from being abutted on the table 2 even if it drops. |
