PURPOSE: To easily retrieve a keyword spread over plural media without depending on a main body. CONSTITUTION: The respective media preserve keyword managing tables KT showing the relation between data names and keywords. A CPU 11 couples the keywords of these media on a system and prepares a link table RT1 for keyword integration management in a RAM 13, and this table is provided while being shared by the respective media. Corresponding to the designation of the keyword, the CPU 11 discriminates any medium provided with that designated keyword according to the link table RT1 and accesses the data of that medium while using the keyword. |
