PURPOSE: To obtain a laminated magnetic shielding body which makes the used amount of precious metal layers or ceramic layers smaller than that of an oxide superconducting composition and has a light weight and high magnetic shielding ability. CONSTITUTION: In a laminated magnetic shielding body 10 (20) which is formed by alternately laminating precious metal layers 12 (or ceramic layers 14) and superconducting material layers 11 on a substrate 13 and baking the laminated body, the ratio of the total thickness of the superconducting material layers 11 to the total thickness of the substrate 13 and precious metal layers 12 (or ceramic layers 14) is adjusted to 0.5-1.4 and the thickness of one precious metal layer 12 (or ceramic layer 14) is set at 30μm. A sheet-like magnetic shielding material is formed by closely arranging composite laminated magnetic shielding bodies 15,..., 15 in the laminating direction and sticking the bodies 15,..., 15 to each other with an adhesive composed of an epoxy resin, etc. |
