PURPOSE: To manufacture a color filter provided with high precision, reliability without any coloring defect, and a coloring pattern of an optional arrangement shape by means of a simple production process. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive layer is formed on a transparent substrate (1). A photosensitive composition containing a polymer having a carboxyl group (a), a compound having at least two vinyl ether groups (b), and a compound generating acid by activating energy ray radiation is applied and heated, and a positive photosensitive coating layer is formed (2). The photosensitive resin layer is exposed by a desired shape, and heated if necessary, and then, developed, and as a result, a part of the transparent conductive layer is exposed (3). On the exposed conductive layer, a coloring part of a desired color is formed by electro-deposition (4). These processes (3), (4) are repeated necessary times (5). |
