PURPOSE: To provide an improved, especially active, and colorless charge control agent. CONSTITUTION: Origosaccharide or polysaccharide, which are connected so as to be formed into a cyclic shape having 3-100 of monomer saccharide unit, is used as charge control agent and charge improving agent in the electrophotographic toner or developer, or in the powder or powdery coating, which can be triboelectrically or electrokinetically jetted, or in the electret material.
