AUTO RESTARTING METHOD OF PACKET PROCESSING UNIT IN THE B-ISDN SWITCH

摘要

The method is for restarting packet processor automatically when receiving restart request of packet handling module(PHM) from operator. When inputting restart information, the system finds out corresponding PHM automatically, and requesting restart after discriminating restart state. The restart is divided by normal restart and initiation. The normal restart is a function for loading PHM application program and operating system(OS). The initiation is a function for quitting present work and initiating packet information.
