PURPOSE: To make it possible to bend a highly rigid wire with a small radius, by removing a coating part of a wire to be bent, moving the coating removed part along the bent part of a protector, and mounting the wire on the protector. CONSTITUTION: A part 12 of a coating 14, where a wire 10 is to be bent, is cut. The part 12 without the coating 14 is bent and moved along an inner face of a protector 20 to mount the wire 10 on the protector 20. An insulating tape is turned around the protector 20, and the protector 20 and the wire 10 are covered to form a covered bent part in a body. After the bent part is put adequately at a corner of the battery 1, a connection terminal 5 of a battery 1 is connected to a terminal post 3. As a result, even a wire with high rigidity can be bent easily with a small radius and an extra space around the bent part can be eliminated. |
