摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain an excellent matching characteristic over a broad band by adjusting respectively an impedance of a bonding wire and low and high impedance lines being components of a T-shaped circuit network. CONSTITUTION: A ground electrode 8(8') is provided at both sides of a signal electrode T connecting to a high frequency integrated circuit 1 via bonding wires 3 at an equal distance from the electrode 7. A low impedance line 10 forms a distributed constant circuit of coplaner type whose both sides are respectively provided from the electrodes 8, 8' by an interval d1 . Furthermore, a high impedance line 11 forms a distributed constant circuit of coplaner type whose both sides are respectively provided from the electrodes 8, 8' by an interval d2 larger than the interval d1 . Then the inductance of the wire 3 and the line 11 and the capacitance of the line 10 form equivalently a T-shaped circuit network and the pass band is extended by adjusting the impedance of the lines 10, 11. Concretely it is made by adjusting the intervals d1 , d2 .
