PURPOSE: To handle plural kinds of bankbooks in a bankbook handling device performing a processing by reading the page mark and magnetic stripe entered in a bankbook. CONSTITUTION: Plural kinds of bankbooks are enabled to be handled by enabling the reading by moving the magnetic head 23 of an optical page line reading unit 24 for reading a page mark or a magnetic striple read/write unit 22 for reading a magnetic stripe to the pertinent reading location according to the each page mark specification of plural kinds of bankbooks or the magnetic stripe specification. |
