<p>PURPOSE: To achieve a stabilized maximum voltage and capacitance characteristics by shifting a fixed electrode and a movable electrode comprising tubular electrode plates in the axial direction without inclining on the movable electrode side and to suppress temperature rise due to high frequency current while reducing the size. CONSTITUTION: One of the conductors 13, 18 for fixing fixed and movable electrodes, respectively, is provided with a guide pin 1 while the other conductor is provided with a guide part 5 so that the electrode plates can be shifted with no inclination. A capacitance adjusting part is provided in a bellows 19 in order to shorten the overall length and a rotating slider is secured to the inner circumferential surface at a screw receiving part 31. A slider segment 35b slides on an adjusting screw 33 and the heat radiated from a bellows is dissipated from an end plate 14 on the movable side through parts 32, 33, 35, 31.</p> |
