The anchoring system is hooked to the crane cable by means of a coil, above which a rig (9) opposes the tilting of an elbowed lever (2) with the lifting hook (12) slid under it. A remotely controlled electromagnet (30) enables the ring to be tilted (34) against the opposition of a helical spring (26). The electromagnet is of such strength that the system can be freed only when the load is in place so that the hook exerts no force on the lever.
