The locking system has modules (16, 17) for automatic closure of open electrically-operated windows when the vehicle is locked. The vehicle driver door window has an individual module (16) inserted between the multi-position window switch (6) and the electric operating motor (7), with a second module (17) used for all of the remaining vehicle windows and the sunroof (5). The second module is inserted between the multi-position window switch and the individual window switches, controlling the respective drive motors (4, 9, 11, 13, 15).
