An improved aspirator device (10) for the accurate blending of an additive liquid (26) such as a liquid concentrate with a pressurized stream of a main liquid such as water. The improvement involves the use of a metering means composed of at least two plastic injection molded restrictors (36, 36', 36'') in serial communication. Each restrictor (36, 36', 36'') has, as its smallest diameter fluid passage, a hollow bore (44, 44', 44'') of from about 0.005 inches to 0.010 inches (0.0127 cm to 0.0254 cm) in diameter and from about 0.005 inches to 0.010 inches in length (0.0127 cm to 0.0254 cm) wherein the dimensions of each hollow bore (44, 44', 44'') are such to provide a volume:volume dilution ratio of the additive liquid (26) to the main liquid of from about 1:500 to 1:2,500.
