(A) 5-95 wt.pts of polyolefin resin; (B) 5-95 wt.pts of styrene based resin; (C) 5-50 wt.pts of styrene/acrylate copolymer of formula (I) w.r.t 100 wt.pts of total amt. of (A) and (B): (D) 1-30 wt.pts of styrene based thermoplastic elastic polymer w.r.t 100 wt.pts of total amt. of (A), (B) and (C). In the formula, A and A1 are eachly H or CH3; B is phenyl; B1 is amine, S or O; R is satd. C4-30 hydrocarbon or unsatd. C3-30 hydrocarbon; n is 85-99.9; m is 0.1-15. The obtd. thermoplastic resin compsn. has excellent strength, impact resistance, heat resistance and molding workability.
