<p>Disclosed are 9-deoxyprostaglandins which are useful in the treatment of glaucoma and ocular hypertension. Some of these 9-deoxyprostaglandins are novel. Also disclosed are ophthalmic, pharmaceutical compositions comprising such prostaglandins.</p> |
