The blind has a first layer (1) with partial light-reflecting fields (2) and with transparent areas (3) inbetween these fields so that the blind has a certain light permeability. The first layer has a transparent carrier layer covered with a pattern of light-reflecting fields. The carrier layer can be made from polycarbonate. It is coated with a UV layer having an acrylic binding agent forming the intermediate layer on which the fields (2) are applied.
