Traction arrangement for bone sections, esp. of jaws

The arrangement consists of two parts. One part has an L-shaped bracket (23) which is attached with screws (62) to one section of the bone. A bar (6) of hexagon cross-section is attached with screws (21) to the L-shaped bracket (23). The bar (16) has a coaxial inner thread. The bar (16) can slide in the bore of a sleeve which has a matching cross-section. The sleeve is attached with a T-shaped bracket to the other section of the bone. The position of the hexagon bar in the sleeve can be adjusted by a screw, the head of which is restrained in the sleeve. The screw engages with the threaded hole in the bar (16).
