A contra-rotating rotor (11) has an additional rotor (10) on its side facing the first rotor (9). Additional and contra-rotating rotors define an additional combustion chamber during part of the rotor rotation. A further air feed (24,48) opens into the extra chamber. The rotors, and the contra-rotating rotors between them, have the same RPM. At least one rotor, pref. both, are turnably held on a housing bearing cylinder (16). This has at least one compressed air chamber (21). The additional air feed is also located in the cylinder. The closure part for the air feed is formed by the cylinder.
