The piston (16) in a cylinder compartment of a cylinder housing (15) is prestressed with less holding force than the activated holding force of a disconnectable electromagnet (19). Air is prestressed, in front of the inlet to the cylinder compartment, in a volume greater than the cylinder compartment. When the inlet is opened, the air flows into the cylinder compartment with maximum pressure drop without the air following. The piston rod (17) is fixed to one end of an iron anchor plate (18) protruding out of the cylinder housing to which is fixed an electromagnet. The anchor plate is movably positioned in the interior (20) of the cylinder housing.
