The joint allows a movable part (1), to rotate about a dowel (4) which can be fastened into the main body (11). The dowel has an enlarged head (7), which is inserted into a hole (2) in the first part. A sleeve (3) is then fastened into the hole around the shaft (5) of the dowel. The section (9) of the shaft which projects beyond the sleeve, is fastened into a hole in the main body. The space (8) in which the head of the dowel rotates, may be filled with an elastic material (12). The head of the dowel may also have a convex camber on its under-surface, which matches a camber on the end surface of the sleeve, and the two surfaces may be separated by an elastic component.
