The dispensing and filling device has a mouth piece (15) which is displaceably arranged on the end region of the feed tube (12). For the filling process the mouth piece is dipped into the mouth of the container (1) which is to be filled, and is removed after filling is completed. A lever (22) is linked to the mouth piece and can be moved in a stroke-like manner by a servomotor. The closure organ is formed by a slider (17) on a lever (18) which is swivelled synchronously with the lever (22).
