The apertures are located in elevations and/or depressions (2) of the component front side. The apertures typically extend at an angle to the component front side, which is provided with a spaced diaphragm. The component may be of a plastically deformable material. The elevations and/or depressions are formed by a press with a tool whose work facing surface extends at an acute angle to its motion direction.
