摘要 FIELD: manufacture of semiproducts from wastes of titanium or titanium alloys for instance, of their chips. SUBSTANCE: the plant includes hermetically sealed body, heat insulation which forms the working space with heating zone of charge, heaters, means for air evacuation and system for admission of working gas in which additionally installed is hydrogen utilizer located in the working space directly behind the charge heating zone, shield located equidistantly to heat insulation with formation of a slotted channel between them, and working gas circulation system including pressure branches communicated with the working space and slotted channel with possible variation of consumption in them, and discharge branch. Heat insulation is made of hermetic panels accommodating cellular blocks separated by layers of silicic cloth. Hermetic panels have additional independent vacuum system furnished with interlocking vacuum gage. Pressure branch is communicated with the working space and is additionally equipped with a device for cleaning the neutral gas, gas analyzer, for instance, chromatograph, and, besides, hydrogen utilizer made in form of rack tightly adjoining the inner surface of hermetic panels. Located in rack are compacted packages from wastes of titanium or titanium alloys arranged to ensure their labyrinth flowing around, or in form of containers filled with titanium powder.
