摘要 FIELD: industry of building materials, lightened building blocks for construction of 1-3-storeyed cottages and other buildings. SUBSTANCE: use is made of porous other aggregate, for example, expanded clay aggregate or azerit of fraction within 20 to 50 mm, which before charging into moulds is cleaned of dust and refuse. After its charging into moulds vibration compaction is accomplished in combination with surface damping at least in two-three stages with an interval of 10 to 30 S. Then a lattice is installed, fixed in place and cast with cellular concrete mix with a porosity up to 60%, containing a fraction of sand with a gradation factor of less than 2 until it appears over the entire surface of the aggregate frame. The mould is cured up to 15 min and the concrete mortar of the face finish layer is cast, then the mould is cured again up to 20 min, the lattice is extracted and surface vibration or smoothing of the face finish layer is accomplished. Moulding is accomplished, for example, in cassette moulds, whose inner walls have a surface finish 2.5-RZ20, and the precision of geometric dimensions corresponds to tolerances of classes H14-H12 for metalworks. The lattice has a cell section up to 20 mm, its frame is made of intersecting thin metal strips (plates), whose height equals the thickness of the face finish layer. The lower edges of plates may have a saw-tooth shape, the distance between the tooth tops not exceeding 20 mm. The method provides for manufacture of blocks having a low density (0.8 to 0.95 g/cu.cm) and low thermal conductivity (0.18 to 0.29 W/mC). Cement consumption is reduced by 30 to 35%. EFFECT: reduced consumption of cement mix, decreased block density, enhanced heat-insulation properties and manufacturer's readiness.
