FIELD: means for protection of steel equipment for oil and gas production from corrosion and corrosion-mechanical degradation. SUBSTANCE: to increase the efficiency of the inhibitor to inhibit the process of corrosion and to reduce the hydrogen absorption by steel in two-phase hydrogen sulfide-containing media, the TECHOKHIM-20 inhibitor contains the product including the compounds based on imidazoline and monoamides. The product presents a mixture of 1-diethylene-diamine-2-alkyl(alkylene)-2imidazolines of the basic formula (1), monoamides-alkyloy(alkeneloyl) triethylene tetraamines of the basic formula (ll) and alkyloyl(alkylenoyl) 1-4-di(2-aminoeyhyl) piperazines of the basic formula (lll) with imidazolines-to-monoamides weight ratio of 2.7-3.0): 1 and additionally contains acetone and aromatic hydrocarbon with the following amounts of components, mas.% product 23.2-25.4; acetone 4.6-6.8; the balance, aromatic hydrocarbon and the degree of nonsaturation of 37.5-52.3 Ja/100 g. EFFECT: extended service life of pipelines and pumps involved in transfer of aggressive fluid, reduced accident rate and improved ecological conditions at field districts. |
