FIELD: converters, power supplies for heavy load. SUBSTANCE: device has direct voltage power supply, LC-filter, thyristor pulse direct- voltage converter, which has units for forced thyristor commutations, and load. Filter capacitor and commutation capacitor has common connection point. Common connection point between input filter capacitor and commutation capacitor is connected in parallel to commutation capacitor by means of additional thyristor and induction coil in certain moments. This results in fact that initial voltage at commutation capacitor becomes equal to or higher than power supply voltage. This is condition commutation stability of forced commutation unit. EFFECT: increased power of commutation capacitor, increased efficiency of operations of selected commutation capacitor, increased throughput capacity of converter. 2 cl, 3 dwg |
