摘要 FIELD: metallurgy; steels used in shipbuilding, in particular, in manufacture of anchor chain members, such as swivels, shackles, connecting links, and in other branches of industry for manufacture of complex cast articles to be operated in sea water and at low temperatures being exposed to considerable static and cyclic loads. SUBSTANCE: structural ferritic-pearlitic casting steel has following ratio of components, mass %: carbon - 0.10-0.20; silicon - 0.12-0.40; manganese - 0.6-0.8; nickel - 0.8-1.2; copper 0.6-0.9; molybdenum - 0.15-0.20; cerium - 0.002-0.01; chromium - 0.04-0.3; ferrum - the rest. This steel, after normalizing, hardening and tempering has the following level of mechanical properties, minimum: yield point - 320 MPa; ultimate strength - 500 MPa; relative elongation - 24%; reduction of area - 55%, impact work at t = 0 C - 60 J. EFFECT: increased ductility and viscosity, crack resistance at hardening and resistance to corrosion cracking under stress; enhanced operation reliability and longevity of articles.
