Rotating decoupling rod 52 is supported by fixing units 138, 140, which are located on lower side of cap 90. Number of grooves 114, 116 and cuts 138, 140 are found on insertions 114, 116 of support frame 88 as first surfaces of bearings for respectively switching rod 82 and decoupling rod 52, when first sub-module A having support frame 88 and set of breaking units 14 and decoupling units 46, 46a are connected to second sub-module B, which has cap 90, where mechanical drive u 122, decoupling rod 52 and clamp 58 are located.
