FIELD: medicine; prosthesis. SUBSTANCE: stem 3 of knee joint prosthesis is embedded into canal of femur, and stem 4 is embedded into tibia canal. Screwed into canal of stem 3 by means of nut is device for spreading apart of tongs wedges for fastening the stem in bone canal. Device for spreading apart wedges 8 of tongs is screwed into canal of stem 8. Upon fastening of both stems 3 and 4 in canals of respective bones, socket of hinge is installed and secured in sleeve 16 of stem 4 and operative wound is sutured. EFFECT: higher reliability of prosthesis design and reduced possible complications. 1 cl, 4 dwg |
