<p>A device is claimed for triggering the automatic stopping of machines such as robots, of the type comprising a pivoting tool carrying arm able to take up at least two positions, one an operational position and the other a triggering position for the stopping of the robot when the arm is subjected to a force greater than that exerted by some elastic means maintaining the arm in the operational position. The tool carrying arm (1) incorporates at its end (11), opposite to that carrying the tool (2), a head (6) in the shape of a tray, suspended in a casing (3) coupled to the robot, this head being applied, in the operational position of the arm, against the base (4) of this casing by the controlled pressure of a fluid. This base (4) incorporated at least one leakage orifice (41) covered, in this position of the arm, by the head (6).</p> |
