LOW-PRESSURE STEAM-WATER CONDENSATION BOILER

摘要

FIELD: heating and hot water supply systems of residential and public buildings. SUBSTANCE: boiler has hermetically sealed housing partially filled with liquid heat carrier with plate installed at angle to housing surface. Heat exchanger is mounted over plate and furnace and fire tubes are dipped in liquid heat carrier. Clearance formed between upper edge of plate and housing wall serves to deliver steam phase of heat carrier to heat exchanger. Condensate is drained either through clearance between wall of housing and lower edge of plate, or through holes made in lower portion of plate; tubes are secured by one end in holes and by other end are dipped in liquid heat carrier. EFFECT: increased capacity of low-pressure steam-water condensation boiler or decreased overall dimensions and mass of boiler without decrease in output capacity.
