FIELD: welding of polymeric materials by hot tools. SUBSTANCE: heated roller holder has mechanism providing setting of roller in position where it is thermally insulated from surface of welded film. mechanism is made in form of flat system which has fixed crossmember used as support, two movable levers mounted on crossmember and connected to each other and furnished with pull-back spring, and carrier hinge-coupling roller holder, secured for turning on one of levers, with other lever. Crossmember has hole to provide contact of roller with welded film and travel limiter of one of levers to adjust roller-to-film pressure. EFFECT: enhanced convenience of operation and efficiency owing to cutting down of time required for brining roller out of contact with film at welding cycle intervals; provision of thermal insulation without the use of additional devices. |
