FIELD: means of protection of objects from periodical loads in wide range of disturbing frequencies. SUBSTANCE: damper has body, and elastic and viscoelastic members connected to object. Body is installed on object for displacement along its long axis. Parameters of body, elastic and viscoelastic members are selected to provide partial frequency of damper equal to doubled designed partial frequency of protected object.
