FIELD: processing of sludge settings formed as a result of sewage treatment. SUBSTANCE: processing line uses an acid reagent chamber successively connected to a pump, heater, ion exchanger, sprayer positioned in the acid reagent chamber, mixer whose first inlet is connected to the ion exchanger, and the outlet is connected to the sprayer, the second inlet of the mixer is connected to a concentrator coupled to a salt proportioner and hot water source, the outlet of the acid reagent chamber is connected to a moistener fed with hot water, high-pressure pump and alkaline reactor, connected to which are a steam generator, air compressor and alkali proportioner; the gas outlet of the alkaline reactor through a condenser is coupled to a moistener, and its liquid outlet - to a heated settler-moisture eliminator; the gas outlets of the ion exchanger, condenser and settler - moisture eliminator are connected to a scrubber, and the heated settler-moisture eliminator is provided with outlets for liquid and solid fractions. The ion exchanger is a set of high-frequency electrolyzers with insoluble carbon electrodes. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. |
