METHOD OF INJECTION OF SUBSTANCES ELUTED FROM COLUMN OF LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHER IN TO MASS SPECTROMETER

FIELD: analytical pharmaceutical, biological, petroleum chemistry. SUBSTANCE: eluent from column of liquid chromatograph is applied to conveyer belt which is passed through vacuum chamber with heater. Conveyer belt is reeled up coil placed into cassette which is connected tightly to ion source of mass spectrometer. Method eliminates completely memory effect and makes it possible to use for analysis independent chromatographs and mass spectrometers without their integration into one device. EFFECT: improved sensitivity from 100 to 20 Ng increased reproducibility from 25 to 5%.
