FIELD: sterilization of liquids. SUBSTANCE: set has cylindrical chamber with branch pipes to supply and discharge liquid medium, source of optical radiation, sensor of liquid level and pump with drive. Pulse radiation source incorporates radiator coaxially mounted in chamber, energy storage and control desk integrating all systems of set by controlling communication. Diameter of chamber is chosen from relation D= D+2l. Section areas of supply pipes and branch pipes are made identical and they do not exceed areas of diametrical section of coaxial clearance between chamber and radiator. Set also includes circulation circuit composed of pump with drive, pipe-line, system of control over liquid flow, intermediate vessel which volume determined from relation V= Vn/h, where Vis volume of coaxial space between radiator and chamber; n/h is number of radiation cycles chosen by calculation or experimentally with which maximal effect of disinfection of liquid lightly transparent to optical radiation is achieved. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of sterilization of partially transparent liquid media. |
