Thermal valve operated heat flux control system

The thermal valve (25) consists of a vessel (26) surrounding a heat exchanger (22) immersed in a pond (11) contg. fluid. The vessel (26) has at least one opening at the top and fluid can enter at the bottom. The opening can be partially or fully opened or closed by valves (27). The thermal valve controls the thermal exchange between the fluid in the loop (C) and the fluid in the pond (11) imprisoned inside the vessel (26).
