FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: cast cable includes several wires and plastic material interleaved with wires into fabric-like structure for protection of wires and their containment at some distance from each other. Fabric-like structure of plastic material is usually formed by casting under pressure. Cable includes wires which are kept from first to last one at some distance relative to each other and have initial and terminal bases. Narrow belt of plastic material forms initial base around wires, then it passes above first wire, under second wire, above third wire and continues such fabric-like structure till last wire is included into it. Then belt braids last wire and interleaves wire in backward order to first wire braiding them together and keeping them at some distance from each other. Such fabric-like structure is repeated to terminal position at which terminal base is formed around wires. EFFECT: high quality of manufacture of cast cables. |
