FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: part of selected material selected under condition of artificial climate is grown additionally under the same conditions that promote cannabinoids synthesis intensification in plants. Material that gives progeny with stable glandular filaments amount on the bracts (8 filaments per 1 mmbract area, not above) is selected. These conditions stimulating cannabinoid synthesis can be the following: dose of mineral fertilizer is NPK, soil humidity is maintained at the level 55-65% of its full moisture capacity, air temperature - at the level 38-42 C, photoperiod time is 11.5-12.5 h. Plant growing is preferably to carry out under condition of the artificial climate at winter-autumn period. EFFECT: improved forms and strains of hemp plants selection. |
