摘要 FIELD: devices for anaerobic purification of fecal or other carbon-containing sewage and for reclamation of solid carbon-containing waste. SUBSTANCE: device has carbon-containing waste grinder 1, which is connected to fecal sewage mixer 2. Latter is designed as tank 3 which has perforated walls 4 and which is hanged on elastic supports 5, has grain abrasive immobilizing packing 6 and engages with reciprocal movement drive 7. Tank 3 is mounted along housing 8, which contains hydrolytic fermentation chamber 9, acid fermentation chamber 10, neutral fermentation chamber 11 and alkali fermentation chamber 12. Alkali fermentation chamber 12 is coupled with methane fermentation chamber for output of gas and mash. Methane fermentation chamber is designed as parallel vertical cylindrical housings 13 and 14, which has perforated inner walls 15 separating housings into compartments, which has grain immobilizing packing 17, which density is less than that of mash. Methane fermentation chambers 13 and 14 are coupled to single-shaft gas turbine 19 of electric generator 20 through outlets 18. Single-shaft gas turbine is also coupled to inlets 23 and 24 of fermentation chambers 13 and 14 through heat exchanger 21 and oscillator 22. Inlets 23 and 24 has also mash supply ejector 25 and gas supply ejector 26 from alkali fermentation chamber 12. Outlets 27 for mash removal from upper compartments 16 of methane fermentation chambers 13 and 14 are equipped with fine-grain filter 28. Fuel supply valves are connected to centrifugal pulverizer 29, ground fuel supply valves are connected to mash supply ejectors 25. Fine-grain filter 28 of methane fermentation chambers 13 and 14 is connected to mixer 2, alkali fermentation chamber 12 is connected to fine-grain filter 30 for sludge removal, neutral fermentation chamber 11 is connected to neutralizing agent supply source 31, ammonia or ammonium hydroxide may be used as neutralizing agent. EFFECT: possibility to produce methane from biological waste and to generate electric power using produced methane.
